Front of House & Kitchen Team Members | 12 hours per week | £12.71 per hour | Start Date: ASAP

The Long Table Cirencester is looking for two warm, reliable and curious people to join our team in hybrid front of house and kitchen roles.

This is a varied, hands-on role — you could be helping run lunch service, welcoming guests, making drinks, talking about the food, supporting prep, washing up, helping on the pass, or keeping the kitchen and restaurant running smoothly. Some shifts will be customer-facing, others will be more behind the scenes, so we’re looking for people who are happy to muck in wherever needed.

The roles are permanent part-time contracts of 12 hours per week, covering shifts across Monday to Saturday. Weekend working is part of the role, and applicants will need to be available for Saturday shifts as part of the regular working pattern.

Experience in kitchens, cafés, restaurants or barista work would be helpful, but it isn’t essential. Attitude, reliability, curiosity and willingness to learn matter most.
